Today, he is the Founder and Principal of CJ & Associates, LLC, a boutique accounting and advisory firm serving small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs with precision, transparency, and strategic insight.

His expertise spans financial reporting, external audits, budgeting, cash forecasting, and process automation. He is known for driving operational improvements and mentoring emerging professionals.

Christopher graduated from Millersville University and currently holds an MBA in Accounting from Thomas Jefferson University (Class of 2023) and is CPA exam-eligible. He is fluent in English, Haitian Creole, and French, and is passionate about financial empowerment, inclusive mentorship, and mission-driven service.
